Monni Uomo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, and in particular 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), we will respond promptly to properly submitted claims of copyright infringement relating to material on monniuomo.com (the "Website").

DMCA notice of alleged copyright infringement ("Notice")

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner, or authorized to act under an exclusive copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements occurring on or through the Website by sending a written notice to our designated copyright agent at the address below. Upon receipt of a valid notice, Monni Uomo will take the action it considers appropriate, which may include removing the disputed content from the Website. Please note that your notice may be invalid if it does not comply with all of the requirements of this section and 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

Your notice must include the following:

Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or, if your notification concerns several copyrighted works, a representative list of those works.

The following two statements, included in the text of your notice:

- "I hereby declare that the information contained in this notice is correct and that, under penalty of perjury, I am the owner of the copyright or an exclusive right under copyright law that is allegedly infringed, or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner."
Your full name and your electronic or handwritten signature.

Counter-notice

If material you posted was removed and you believe it was removed in error or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notice containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) to the same address.
